Do not fall before you are pushed!

Team,

I am excited to be running with you my teammates through the end of 2009 and toward the bright future of 2010.  I am proud of each one of you for chasing your dreams through this wonderful business system.  I know that there have been many peaks and valley’s for each of you this year, and I want to encourage everyone to finish this year strong.

We will be having two Tuesday night opens (12/22, 12/29)  to close out the year at the Crown Plaza Airport Hotel at 8PM! This gives us a chance to share our business with vacationing friends, co-workers, and neighbors. We are running a competition to see which PET can get the most guests to the open meeting, and which individual can get the most guests to the open meeting.  There will be prizes awards for the winners, and I know that each PET is going to get on the phone, and call their teammates to strive to win the competition.

Larry Cheatham and I will be sharing the business plan this Tuesday, and I encourage AOJ1 to pack the house.  Average people will let the “Holiday” excuse keep them from performing.  Average people will give priority to the seemingly urgent over the knowingly important.  But AOJ1 we are not average, we are a group of winners that will not allow ourselves to fall until we are pushed.  Pushed by our desire to win, pushed by the pursuit of our dreams, pushed by our loyalty to one another’s dreams, and pushed by our desire to share TEAM Mona Vie with a world that is falling before they are pushed.

See you at the opens… with guests!

  1. Great post Raymond! It is our desire to finish the year on a high note even though as you stated there has been peaks and valleys in 2009. But the peaks and valleys don't matter because we still have dreams to fulfill. Your post is a confirmation of the recent CD by Kirk Birtles (Power Player-No Guts, No Glory). On the CD Kirk says when in doubt, “work harder, get better and do more”. He also said to “relax, focus and go power player”. We see his comments in action with the 2 meetings scheduled. Even though the Team Office has decided not to have meetings, the leadership of AOJ1 has decided to work harder, do more and focus on going power player. We look forward to seeing everyone at the next Tuesdays with guests.

  3. What a great open lastnight. Although I worked the door I could feel the energy from all of you as you came out at the break and as I had he opportunity to speak with several of the guest.

Great job Larry, Raymond and TEAM AOJ1.
